Firstly a big thank you to Hq for my copy to review. This is a new author for me and wow this book didnt dissapoint!

I raced through this so make sure once you start you dont have any other commitments . This is a addictive and compelling read.

This is a intense observation of toxic friendships. Obsession , claustrophobic tension between females and the destruction caused .

The hold that certain people have on our lives and the effect their presence and absence holds .

A fantastic dark and chilling read that gets right under your skin and in your mind.

I can see this being a roaring success and look at the gorgeous cover that really sets the tone of the book.

BOOK REVIEW ASK NO QUESTIONS BY CLAIRE ALLAN

Not all secrets are meant to come out…

Twenty-five years ago, on Halloween night, eight-year-old Kelly Doherty went missing while out trick or treating with friends.
Her body was found three days later, floating face down, on the banks of the Creggan Reservoir by two of her young classmates.
It was a crime that rocked Derry to the core. Journalist Ingrid Devlin is investigating – but someone doesn’t want her to know the truth. As she digs further, Ingrid starts to realise that the Doherty family are not as they seem. But will she expose what really happened that night before it’s too late?

Firstly a big thank you to Avon for my copy to review . Im a huge fan of this author so couldnt wait to get stuck in.

Claire is a fantastic thriller writer who never dissapoints. This was clever, creepy, unpredictable and addictive

Loved the twists and turns and it is quite thought provoking. We as humans always jump to conclusions and point the finger at a certain type of person in society. This storyline explore this concept and the damage it does.

Published 21st January and if your new to her books i highly recommend adding to your tbr pile!

Firstly a big thank you to the publishers for my copy to review. This is a fantastic debut and magnificent crime thriller. I read 2 debuts over the weekend and can forsee 2021 as a good year for books!

Incredibly clever and fresh voice but also the concept behind the plot. Eerie and chilling!

This gets under your skin and lingers in your mind.
My children are budding artists so was fascinating to read a darker side of art.

Be warned once you start you wont stop so cancel your plans. Addictive and compelling reading.

Highly recommend and can see it flying off the shelves. Perfect for fans of m craven and Helen fields.

Firstly a big thank you to Hq for my copy to review on netgalley. I have been excited to read this since i heard about it in January at a blogger event( those were the days).

I was not disappointed and let me call it now this will be a tv series. Its set local to me and that enabled me to visually see the story which i loved!

This is going to be huge, a phenomenal debut. I loved Henley who is facing pressure in all aspects of her life and still cracking a murder case…what a woman. But she is also relatable and keeps it real.

Chilling, disturbing and dark this is a fantastic crime thriller . Once you start you wont want to finish reading.

BOOK REVIEW THE SINGLE DAD’S HANDBOOK BY LYNSEY JAMES

It’s been two years since cancer stole Evan Harper’s wife, Claire, from their lives. Although Evan’s doing everything he can to be Super Dad for his five year old, Violet, he can’t seem to get anything right. So he turns to the one person who gives the best advice – Claire herself.

It’s time to start living again, Evan. Your new forever starts right here. Love always, Claire

Firstly a big thank you to the publishers for my copy to review on netgalley. Ive been internet buddies with Lynsey for a while and its been great watching her success. Despite that this is the first of her books ive read! Outrageous i know and will rectify.

I needed this book today, my mood was a bit low and defeated. Its witty, packed with warmth and fantastic charactars.

As a single mum i could relate to it even more ,all the trials and tribulations big and small. All the bits of parenting they dont quite advertise.

This is a story of loss no doubt and its captured beautifully through her voice in her letters. However its also about life, all the pieces that make the puzzle of life. Hope, love, friends and family.

A tender read and i highly recommend. If you love Rowan Coleman romantic, magical stories then give this a read.
