BOOK REVIEW THE MAN I THINK I KNOW BY MIKE GAYLE

Ever since The Incident, James DeWitt has stayed on the safe side.

He likes to know what happens next.

Danny Allen is not on the safe side. He is more past the point of no return.

The past is about to catch up with both of them in a way that which will change their lives forever, unexpectedly.

But redemption can come in the most unlikely ways.

I have been dying to read this for months so when i saw he was coming to a local library i made sure to read it. I was not dissapointed and it lives up to the hype it caused.

This is a beautifully written story about friendships, love, loss and new beginings.

Life is never plain sailing and this takes us on a journey with two men who have had their lives not go to plan .

Funny, heartwarming and endearing i loved this book. You can tell a lot of research has been done but also theres the right amount of humour and tender moments

I had the pleasure of listening to mike yesterday afternoon and he really is a lovely guy. You can see how important books and words are to him and that shines through in his stories.

I cant wait for his next book!

Ive just devoured this in one go…and wow! What a book

I had the pleasure of meeting Phoebe last year and she was lovrly so how she constructed this thriller is beyond belief.

Incredibly written and a jaw dropping reveal this is a excellent psychological thriller.

This is Phoebes second book and albeit the dollhouse was good….this is beyond good!

You connect with the charactars after a tragic event to then have the truth revealed.

A clever and chilling story and i cant reccomend enough.

I cant wait to read more from this mastermind .

BLOG TOUR THE GUILTY PARTY BY MEL MCGRATH

You did nothing. That doesn’t mean you’re innocent.

On a night out, four friends witness a stranger in trouble. They decide to do nothing to help.

Later, a body washes up on the banks of the Thames – and the group realises that ignoring the woman has left blood on their hands.

But why did each of them refuse to step in? Why did none of them want to be noticed that night? Who is really responsible?

And is it possible that the victim was not really a stranger at all?

Firstly thank you to Joe at hq for my gorgeous proof to review .

I absolutely love this author. The title and cover are striking and will definitely catch readers eyes

Intriguing and sinister .

Thid is a story of friendship love ,lies and scandal. All started with a dark secret and with that becomes people’s true colours which is a bitter pill to swallow.

The charactars are not very likeable but this makes the story feel real and fresh.

Alternate narratives and the reader gets to really connecr with the charactars.

This is a book based on a moral dilemma and a question of what would you do?

We like to think we would always do the right thing…but would we??

A dark and chilling read.
