I just can’t understand how someone like him could do something like that.

Firstly thank you to Grace at little brown for my copy to review and having me on the first day of this debuts blog tour.

One of my first reads of 2017 and its a scorcher, in sense of the weather and the storyline.

A brilliant debut from this author full of anguish amnd tensions.

You know straight away all is not as it seems with the murders and through the book secretes are unearthed  from the present and the past.

In comes Falk who’s not just looking ar the murders at a professional level this is personal. Can he prove that this isn’t the work if his old friend ? And if so is it just the public that need that proof?

A great array of characters and I felt it was a unpredictable and gripping . The authors writing builds the tension and suspension ght up to the last pages.

An excellent read full of mystery and chilling as we peel the layers.
